Does your family follow a slightly different paddhati? Mention it in the order note — we'll adjust the kit accordingly, at no extra charge. Both Bengali and Hindi paddhati variants are kept in stock.

How the puja runs
This same flow is also printed on the vidhi card inside the box — in simple English, so it's easy to follow.
A red cloth is spread on the chowki and the kalash is placed on it. The sankalp is taken with the family's name and gotra.
Every puja begins with Ganpati — the first lamp is lit in his name to remove obstacles.
The abhishek uses milk, yogurt, ghee, honey and sugar. The milk needs to come from your home; everything else is in the box.
The five chapters of the Satyanarayan Katha are read aloud. The book in the box has both Bengali and Hindi.
The offering is made after the camphor aarti. Both the bell and the plate are included in the kit.
The sinni is prepared and distributed to the guests. Packing pouches are included in the box too.

Yes. The default kit is packed to Bengali paddhati, and a Hindi/North Indian variant is also kept in stock. Mention it in the order note, or WhatsApp us after ordering.
Send a photo on WhatsApp. We send a replacement without any back-and-forth — same day or next day in Kolkata, 2-3 days elsewhere. You don't need to return the whole kit.
Every consumable has the packing and expiry date printed on it. At the time of dispatch, at least 4 months of shelf life remain. The ghee comes in a sealed tin, not a pouch.
Yes, across India. Only the fresh items — betel leaves and fresh flowers — are left out of orders outside Kolkata; the kit substitutes an equivalent dry alternative in their place, and the price is adjusted too.
